By a staff Reporter: Police in Digha is conscious about 'gulab' cyclone. Orange allert will be issued for Tuesday and Wednesday. Lots of police have been deployed in Old Digha and New Digha. It is beleived that although there will be no direct impact on the state,but there is a possibility of heavy rains in different parts of area including Kolkata. Rain and wind have already started blowing in Kolkata, so fisherman have been banned from going to sea on Tuesday and Wednesday.
