This time the West Bengal Consumer Protection Department came up with a solution to the problem. From now on, the 'Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission' will be set up in every district of the state. The consumer protection president will soon hold a meeting with the district magistrates. In this case, the buyer can complain if he is cheated by purchasing a house car. The commission will take action based on the complaint.
