A video of celebrating this special day in Maharashtra has gone viral on social media. Speaking about the occasion, Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said, "After Covid, we are celebrating this festival with great enthusiasm. I wish everyone a very happy gudi padwa.'' Meanwhile PM Narendra Modi tweeted that, 'In the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, my greetings to you all.'
