By A Staff Reporter : A new twist in the 9th-10th grade teacher recruitment corruption case. By challenging the SSC Act this time, a case is filed in Calcutta High Court.Basically, the challenge is against Section 17 of the SSC Act, under which the Commission withdrew the recommendation letters of 618 teachers.Court by April 3 along with State, SSC, Board of Secondary Education Directed all parties to exchange affidavits. The next hearing of the case is on April 3.
