By A Staff Reporter : 19 people including ISF MLA Naushad Siddiqui have been arrested in the incident of skirmish with the police in Dharmatala.In protest against their arrest, the Nagarik Mancha has called for a march to demand their release.Although the police is not allowed to march.However, the ISF cadre-supporters are adamant in the march.ISF supporters had an argument with the police in Sealdah.
