BY A STAFF REPORTER: A major accident took place in China's Xinjiang Uyghur. A fire broke out in a 21-storey residential building in the capital Urumqi on Thursday night. Ten people were killed and nine others injured in the accident. The injured have been admitted to the hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot. The cause of the fire is being ascertained.
