BY A STAFF REPORTER: The death toll from Wednesday afternoon’s Russian missile attacks has risen to 10, Ukraine’s prosecutor general said on. “Eight energy facilities were hit yesterday. Unfortunately, there is confirmed information about 10 dead and about 50 wounded civilians,” Andrii Kostin said.
