Russia threatens to shut down Europe's largest nuclear power plant

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia's Defense Ministry has threatened to shut down the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant if the attack continues. However, Kiev has completely denied the allegations of attack. The head of Russia's radioactive, chemical and biological defense forces said the shelling caused "a lot of damage to the plant". If the plant suffers major damage, radiation will spread to Germany, Poland and Slovakia."

In March, Russian forces attacked the Zaporizhzhia power plant, the largest in Europe, and took control of it. The troops have taken positions in front of the plant. Meanwhile, Kiev claims that Russia is shelling the position of its troops at the power plant. It is at great risk.
