By a Staff Reporter: The country's fugitive diamond merchant Mehul Choksi got relief. Dominica authorities have dropped the illegal entry case against Nirav Modi's maternal uncle Mehul Choksi, who fled India and took refuge abroad in a major financial fraud case. Mehul had alleged that he was abducted from Antigua-Bermuda and brought to Dominica. So Choksi went to the court there to withdraw the case as he entered Dominica against his will. Mehul has been absconding from India since 2018 in connection with the PNB corruption.
