Indo-Bangladesh Maitree, Mitali and Bandhan Express trains to resume services

There is good news for people travelling to Bangladesh and coming from there to this country. The union government has decided to resume Kolkata-Dhaka Maitree Express, Kolkata-Khulna Bandhan Express and NJP-Dhaka Mitali Express from June 1,2022. The railway minister of Bangladesh will be visiting India towards the end of the month and the Indo-Bangladesh trains will be virtually flagged off from rail bhawan in Delhi by him and India's railway minister. The resumption of the cross country trains will come as a relief to thousands of commuters.
